Worth knowing first
Web lecture recordings from the Flash era were usually encoded at 32 to 64 kbps mono, tuned for dial-up era bandwidth. That ceiling is permanent, and choosing 320 kbps for the MP3 just makes a bigger file containing the same thin audio.
